His leadership is marked by wisdom, integrity, and a heart for advancing the Kingdom of God. Apostle Shanita Jeffery is the Founder and Visionary of Set It Off and Co-Founder of Outpouring International Ministries. As a certified Christian counselor, chaplain, apostolic leader, mentor, and entrepreneur, she is passionate about seeing lives transformed, minds renewed, and purpose awakened through the power of God. Her ministry focuses on helping individuals from all walks of life overcome life's challenges, experience healing, and discover their God-given identity and destiny.

Through outreach initiatives, mentorship programs, counseling, prayer, worship experiences, and community engagement, Apostle Shanita is committed to creating opportunities for people to encounter the love, grace, and transforming power of God. She is also the visionary behind the Get Your Mind movement, which inspires individuals to pursue emotional wellness, spiritual growth, and personal transformation. Her mission is to empower people to break cycles, embrace healing, and walk boldly in their purpose while making a lasting impact in their communities.

Through her leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to God's people, she continues to mentor, empower, and inspire others to walk boldly in their calling while advancing the work of the Kingdom.

Prophetess Sharon Allen serves faithfully within Outpouring International Ministries while also leading her own ministry, The Woman God Sees. As a powerful prophetic voice and intercessor, she is passionate about helping women discover their identity, value, and purpose in God. Through prophetic ministry, mentorship, prayer, and encouragement, she empowers women to embrace healing, wholeness, and the truth of who God created them to be, inspiring them to walk confidently in their divine assignment.

Apostle Michelle Caldwell serves as an apostolic leader and intercessor within Outpouring International Ministries. Her ministry is marked by a passion for restoration, encouragement, leadership development, and spiritual empowerment. Through teaching, mentorship, prayer, and apostolic support, Apostle Caldwell partners with leaders and ministries to help build strong foundations, cultivate healthy growth, and advance God's vision. Her commitment to serving others continues to impact lives, equip leaders, and strengthen ministries both locally and beyond.
